    Compliance with customer requirements and utilization of management resources

    AGENCIA, Inc. strives to ensure that its products, within the defined scope of application, reliably meet customer requirements. We pursue the improvement of customer satisfaction by understanding these requirements and securing and utilizing management resources to address them to the fullest extent possible.

    Establishment and implementation of QMS goals

    We will establish and implement QMS objectives that include activities that address the changing needs and expectations of our customers within the scope of application.

    Compliance with Laws, Regulations and Codes of Conduct

    We meet applicable requirements and comply with laws, ordinances, industry codes of conduct, and agreements with public authorities and other organizations related to QMS.

    Implementation and continuous improvement of QMS management system

    We will properly implement our QMS management system and conduct management reviews to continuously improve its effectiveness. We also declare to disclose information as necessary.
